Senior Software Engineer – Mobile/Web

Job Purpose

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Developer to join our team and take the lead in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate should have 6+ years experience in C#, .Net Core, Angular / ReactJS, NodeJS, Flutter, MS SQL with strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for mentoring junior developers.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable and efficient software applications. 
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions. 
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance. 
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues. 
  • Optimize application performance and ensure security best practices are followed. 
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions. 
  • Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning. 
  • Design and update software databases, including creating database design for complex systems  

Qualifications/Skills

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science / Bachelor of Engineering, or a related field. 
  • 6+ years of professional experience in software development. 
  • Expertise in C#, .Net Core, Angular / ReactJS, NodeJS, Flutter. 
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices. 
  • Experience with databases such as MS SQL. 
  • Proficiency in API Management and Micro Services 
  • Proficiency in GitHub version control systems. 
  • Knowledge of Azure cloud platforms is a plus. 
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and lead projects from concept to deployment. 
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools. 
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development life cycles (SDLC). 
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration. 

Working conditions

  • Should be able to work in shifts, supporting clients in US time zones
  • Work location is in Udupi
